I loved location and food. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a microwave oven, a fridge and coffee/tea making machines were useful. Relatively close to a modern beach club, walkable. Besides, it was close to a supermarket and stores...

Location and people of this property were PERFECT, we liked it. The bed was perfect, hardly wanted to go outside. It was a pleasure to meet Elisabeth, the host, everything was amazing.

The apartment was excellent base for sightseeing in Nice, liked it. The host was helpful and easily accessible. Although the bed here was small, I had an excellent stay. There was a bath in the private bathroom. Really convenient setting, views of the street. For breakfast I went to a beach restaurant.
